I work with Autistic and AuDHD clients who experience intense emotions, sensitivity, and overwhelm. Many of my clients are bright, perceptive, and capable, yet feel stuck, unsure how to regulate their emotions, manage daily responsibilities, or build a life that feels sustainable. You can read more about why many neurodivergents feel overwhelmed here.
I help Autistic clients understand how their unique nervous system impacts their emotions, energy, and functioning. Together, we work to reduce overwhelm, build regulation, and create ways of living that align with your needs rather than forcing yourself to fit expectations.
A core part of this work is letting go of shame and developing a more compassionate, accurate understanding of yourself. Rather than trying to “fix” who you are, we focus on helping you navigate the world in a way that is both effective and authentic.
It is important to work with a therapist who truly understands neurodivergence. Without that understanding, therapy can unintentionally reinforce shame or push clients toward strategies that don’t fit their nervous system.
I work with clients across a range of support needs and tailor therapy to each individual’s strengths, challenges, and goals.

Many people with ADHD are intelligent, creative, and capable. However, they may spend years feeling like they are not living up to their potential.
Repeated experiences of struggling in school, work, or daily life can lead to low self-esteem, self-doubt, and the belief that something is wrong with them. This is especially true for late-diagnosed individuals, particularly women, who often did not receive the support or understanding they needed.
Over time, these experiences can lead to internalized shame and a harsh inner narrative of “not good enough.”
I help ADHD clients better understand how their brain works, unpack internalized shame, and develop systems that align with their strengths. Our work focuses on building more sustainable ways of functioning while fostering a more compassionate and accurate understanding of yourself.

Trauma is what happens in the body when we experience real or perceived threat exceeds our nervous system’s capacity at the time. For many autistic and neurodivergent people, trauma is often more than one event. It’s the accumulation of years of overwhelm, masking, misunderstanding, and trying to survive in environments that never really felt safe. You may feel on edge, easily overwhelmed, emotional or shutdown, exhausted, or unsure how to feel safe in their body.
This is not a failure. It’s the result of a nervous system trying to survive that has been under chronic strain. I specialize in helping neurodivergent clients process trauma in a way that respects their sensitivity and unique nervous system.
Using somatic techniques, EMDR, and IFS-Informed approaches, we move at a pace that supports your regulation, safety, and promotes lasting change.

I understand that chronic illness can impact every aspect of your life including your career, relationships, finances, hobbies, and your sense of connection to your own body.
Many people grieve the life they once had and the future they had planned. It can feel isolating, exhausting, and difficult to explain to others who don’t fully understand.
Navigating the medical system can also be overwhelming and time consuming. Many of my clients find themselves needing to advocate for their needs, manage complex care, and struggle to access the support they deserve.
I bring both lived and clinical experience to this work. Many of my clients are navigating conditions such as POTS, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, chronic fatigue, and autoimmune disorders.
Our work focuses on helping you process the emotional impact of chronic illness, reduce overwhelm, and build ways of living that are more sustainable and supportive of your body.
